To request a refund or exchange, you must submit an email to email@example.com within 30 days of the purchase date.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send to you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
A check will be mailed to you within 14 days of receipt of the returned item.

We replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, send an email to email@example.com and attach a photo of the product. Upon receipt of the e-mail and photo, we will review your request. If the exchange is approved, we will provide instructions for the exchange.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for return shipments. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
